Why would you only want to see this....

With Winamp for Android version 1.4.3 and Album Washer, you don't have to. If you are an Album Washer user, go to Settings >> SHOUTcast Album Art or by long pressing on the SHOUTcast Now Playing screen.

The Album Washer add-on was launched in June of this year as an in-app purchase ($3.99 USD) from the Winamp Add-on store. See the Album Washer tutorial for more details, but basically it's a tool that helps you clean up your personal music library. In other words, it updates incorrect or missing track information and gives you the option to download high quality album art.

In our latest release (1.4.3), Album Washer will also display high quality album art for SHOUTcast stations. The feature is turned off by default so users will have to first enable it from the Winamp Settings screen or by long holding on SHOUTcast Now Playing.

(Note to Lyrics users: the Now Playing long press function is disabled when Lyrics are turned on.)

The new SHOUTcast album artwork feature in Album Washer is based on a metadata look-up, so the accuracy of the look-up depends on the quality of the data provided by the SHOUTcast station broadcaster.

12. Hey Tarik, instead of adding features is the Nullsoft dev team responsible for the app going to get around to fixing all the damn bugs? I've only just recently been able to get it working not that 1.4.7 has been released (All versions prior to 1.4.7 refuse to sync with Winamp when it is installed on Windows 8) and I've already found annoying stupid bugs.

First off, if the cover art that accompanies audio files does not have an exact 1:1 aspect ratio (i.e. the image is 500x499 pixels instead of 500x500) then the Winamp app will simply refuse to render it. Even if you replace the image with one that has a 1:1 aspect ratio and copy it across again the app will still refuse to display the cover art. Oh and clearing the apps settings/data doesn't resolve the issue at all.

Oh and a fun one I found today: if you select the "Send feedback" menu item in the app while it is connected to Winamp via WiFi it will casuse the device to continually disappear/reappear in Winamp. Oh and it to add insult to injury it doesn't actually bring up any sort of form with which you can send feedback.

These are two of many bugs I've encountered however for the sake of brevity I will avoid posting them here. I love Winamp 5.63 and have been using it for years. Hell, I even shelled out for Winamp Pro purely because I thought you guys deserved it. HOWEVER as for the Winamp app I would in no way consider nor recommend anyone to upgrade to the pro version in it's current bug riddled state.

IMO you've set the bar too high with Winamp which is why it's such a disappointment that the app doesn't work as smoothly.

13. I have 3 web radios aac +, but I can not hear them through Winamp application for Android. My smartphone is the LG Optimus Black.
